Who says we have to assign a key to it by default?  If people want to use it,
they can choose which key they want to use.  If they don't need it, they don't
have to waste any keys on it.

(One of these days I'm going to get around to actually building lynx with my
compiler.  I do still have the hints that Tom sent out a while ago, but haven't
had a chance to use them.)
