Sorry, I didn't mean the "SuSE build system". I meant the "openSUSE
Build Service" which also supports Debian packages. It was mentioned
some time ago on the MinGW-users mailing list:

In contrast to Mingw-cross-env, they seem to concentrate on shared
libraries rather than static libraries.
