Pingus Windows Installer

Hi,

I submitted a Windows installer to the list a while back, and have had no
feedback. I have now found a Win98 machine, and tested it on that. The
installer can  now be classed as "fine", at least to my standards. Any
chance of having it included in the svn somewhere? It might even be worth
putting the generated binary into svn as well (only 20kb), so that Linux
people can prepare releases.
