Force speechd to send audio to wireless headset?

By default, Speech Dispatcher uses PulseAudio for its output, unless you either 
changed it, or the distribution you use has changed the default. Either way, 
you will have to work with the audio system that Speech Dispatcher uses to 
change the designated output device that Speech Dispatcher goes through.

if using PulseAudio, you can either use I think its the pacmd command from a 
terminal to change things, or you can use the pavucontrol GUI utility to change 
the output.
