        Dear Glen,

many thanks for your appreciation. About the Journal, the first step is
that of looking around for a 'first class' publisher. Look for example at
the SNDE Journal (Studies in Nonlinear Dynamics & Econometrics), of MIT
Press, at http://mitpress.mit.edu/e-journals/SNDE

Alternatively, SFI could publish the Journal directly.

The 'second first step' is that of building up an Editorial Board. The
task of the EB is that of setting the quality of the Journal and to guide
the editorial strategy, also assuring a direct engagemnt in referees'
activity. I think that prof.Langton could launch an high level 'call for
participation' to the EB.

        Yours, Pietro
