Running SWARM demo application on Windows 95

I installed swarm 1.4.1 on windows 95.
Then, according to README-Demos.html, I selected some demo applications
like as bank, dynamicGraph, etc from the
`Swarm' `Programs' subfolder (under the `Start' button). 
They look running(I could see waiting cursor). But I could not see any
output screen. 
What's going on ? How can I see the ourput screen ?
