Buggy Drag & Drop under WindowsNT!??! Demo!!

Here is a minimal bit of code that, I hope, shows what I mean.

Two buttons. One create new instances of myAgent and return their id.
The other compare its two argument.

It beahves under linux but not under NT!! For me anyway!
Could someone let me know if they can reproduce the bug on their machine!
