A quick check of 9.4 shows me the same error - perhaps your 9.4 build is
picking up the default vilemenu.rc file rather than the customized one.

(I can easily see how splitting the menu support into two files during 
9.3-9.4 could break something, but don't see any changes past 9.4 that 
could do that).
