The idea is to set it so that, within the confines of a campaign, the campaign designer can choose which set to use.
In SotBE, *only* neorice's portraits would be used.
And we would also complete the set.

In the interim, though, if a portrait by neorice was not available, no portrait would be used.

random unit, then you would have Jason's default
artwork pop in. And the different styles would look
odd.

I realize that reconfiguring the file storage system
may take some work, but with such good artwork
becoming available, I think it is definitely worth it.
