I investigated this and it seems that the recent AntiVir release ( 
3.1.3.4-1)is indeed not able
to handle the new dazukofs signal semantic properly.
Future releases should not have this problem any more.
But as I already said, its always better not to rely on dazukofs modules 
that are not shipped
with the antivir package working seemless with the concerning antivir.

For now the only solution to use a newer dazukofs from dazuko.org with 
the recent antivir
is to use a  version that has not patch-0-14 (enable BSD signal 
semantic) included.
