So now there is a new command:

Command: Score Size for Layout
Sets the overall score size to use (only) for the current layout.
Location: Object Menu ▶ Score ▶ Typesetter ▶ Print Layout
Internal Name: SetScoreSizeForLayout

which lets you set the score size for the current layout, without you
having to worry about duplicating directives etc. I think you may have
to set the default score size first - if so I'll fix that tomorrow...
