It was one, now got partially solved by [1], since now the drop-down picks 
valid values only from the License namespace/prefix. Other part of the fix 
involves renaming licenses under that prefix according to the needs of SPDX 
Group Project Team and also updating old software/package entries.

Strange, because in the same day, after adding the license myself under the 
License namespace/prefix, I tested the form and could see the license.
