Good point; and it nicely demonstrates what I was going to say, i.e. that 
“code-parse mode” seems too narrow. 

That said, cia-mode doesn’t sound as bad to me as it may seem at first glance. 
Spell “CIA” out to “code intelligence agent”, and your half way there. 🕵️‍♀️
