Yet another update.

Changes:
* Added some checks to not update the database when it
  is not needed.
* Do not show the Add_new when a new is already added.
* Added mimetype to the dialog text in the radiolist.
* Added a loop back to the newmime dialog if the user
  cancel the filechooser.
* Placed MimeType last in created *.desktop files.
* Added an option to manually edit created files.
* Plus some minor text changes.
