Yes, I mentioned that. But I was answering the question "why VM vs
exec". (of course, pyarch just uses exec anyway...)

It would not -- I did not mean for 'tla logs -sfD' to be an example of
a command that would change its output if internationalized -- that
was just poor writing on my part.
