Since when is help "only for newbies"?

Certainly the help output should be "newbie friendly", in that it shouldn't
be completely overloaded with random commands to the point of seeming absurd
and daunting, but that hardly means there shouldn't be some frequently used
"level 2" commands in there (those used by people doing things other than
constantly updating from other's public archives).
