Those might be bugs. libgps has several symlinks to it, which should
also be properly set up in the same directory. Not having any Raspberry
Pi hardware, I can't volunteer to do check it out.

As for the lack of linking to libgps, I can confirm that for cgps as of
mid November 2019 (commit b82f38b5785f551131e6d671cca94fe0cdc13365) and
for the debian version on Buster, 3.17-7.

I appreciate the bottom posting, which is a major improvement on
Windows email client defaults. Short of you getting a better email
client, I guess I will have to live with that.
