No, let's use explicit IDs, then. We should use uuidgen-generated IDs,
not the ones tla generates by default (hint: tla-update-ids from
tla-tools automates tagging, both for tagline and explicit IDs).

Things have finally started moving wrt g-wrap and I hope the first
g-wrap 1.5 release is not more than a week or two away.
