This sounds as if it would be easier to use LaTex and lilypond-book
for this. See Documentation/user/latex-lilypond-example.tex
(ie. do
cd out
lilypond-book ../latex-lilypond-example
latex latex-lilypond-example.latex
(don't forget to change directories, otherwise, you end up with a mess.)

To be honest, I have no idea. If nothing else works, you could try
cut&paste (with scissors and glue)
