Hi devs!
Attached patch implement what was described in
https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?57956 . It is still hacky and WIP but
already works beautifully. Having vertical scrollbar in gnu nano is
cool and, after a little getting used to it, I feel like I really like
it and want the feature.
Please comment it.
