Follow-up Comment #15, bug #59483 (project octave):
I added
set enable-bracketed-paste off
to the file scripts/startup/inputrc in the Octave sources and did "make
install". However, nothing changed.
Where is inputrc installed to and in case of multiple versions on my system,
in which order are they read at startup?
