No, I'm using the official tarball (I just downloaded it, patched it, and replicated the error again). The warning says:

               'autoheader' is probably too old.
              You should only need it if you modified 'acconfig.h' or
              '' or m4 files included by ''. is one of the files modified by your script:

Isn't that the issue?
