     Isn't that the issue?
Possibly it is.  

Can you then try leaving unchanged.  That is to say, 
in the script, delete the lines 
diff --git a/ b/
through to
   PKG_CHECK_MODULES([GTKSOURCEVIEW], [gtksourceview-2.0 >= 2.2], [],
