Here's an example of a message that seems to have sat for about 1.5
hour in the queue (from 07:28 to 08:56), and then for another 30
minutes (from 08:56 to 09:29):

  I could imagine that something along the lines of "If you find it
  difficult to remember the important bindings, you can always request an
  overview with C-h q".
