Summary:  accept capital Z as SVG closepath, bugfix with test

Original Submission:  SVG Specs 1.0 and 1.1 in section 8.3.3 The "closepath" 
command say "Z or z".

        * test/test_svg10_import.py: Added two new tests in class
        test_svg_path(): test_path_closed() and test_path().

        * Plugins/Filters/svgloader.py: Fixed a typo in a comment.
        (parse_path): also accept capital Z as closepath command.
        Makes test_path_closed() happy.
