Question about Speech-dispatcher

Cannot remember all, but the most impaortant was libc6, a core library 
for the system. The required version was not available over Gutsy, but I 
didn't want to mess around with such crucial components.

I can't answer this question. How did you manage to install 0.6.6 in 
Gutsy from Debian packages?

I did as you suggested, but user "speech-dispatcher" was gone, so I had 
to create a new account for SD.
Which adduser parameters do you mean?
