Speech-dispatcher does'nt spoken ordinal numbers, but Espeak is native spokening correct

I think in this case it's inserted by Speech Dispatcher to allow
pause and resume to work without blocking the speech synthesis
engine.

It remains that the TTS system should not consider index marks
a part of the text and thus it should still be able to read the text
as if the mark was not present.
