Yep but is it really Peter's question ? Does he not want to
synchronize emacs cursor in the buffer and speech reading ?
And it looks like to be very complicated to do somehting like
that. In fact text i sent in one shunk by emacs to the speech
system and spliting and scheduling it is done by the speech
system. Even if emacs could split before sending, there is
noting in the ssip protocol to notify the client taht one
particular shunk of text has been said ...
