The only other argument that swarm.exe should take is the path of the
SWARMROOT, e.g. /Swarm.  But using the first version, you'd redirect
it to swarm.sh.  (I'd really recommend using the second version.)

Huh, I have _emacs in c:\, and I run it from the program manager.
