If you don't need interactive redisplay of agent hierarchy as the model runs,
you might consider dumping your agents' attributes via HDF5Archiver and
then using R's cluster analysis/plot features (which has dendograms).

Otherwise, you could use the graph library to draw the dendogram by hand,
