irix 6.5 install

Hello,
    I'm trying to update Swarm to 2.0.1 on our sgO2
running irix 6.5.3. blt2.4, libffi, tcl/tk 8.0, png, libz and Xpm are all
present.I had to put in a reference to /usr/java/include/irix/jni_md.h
in /usr/java/include. I setenv CFLAGS -O2, then :
./ configure --with-xpmdir=/usr/local/swarm-2.0.1/xpm (another workaraound)
--disable-shared

Collections and misc then make, but defobj gives up with the following error:
