[Savannah-hackers] Problem

Hello,

        I have problems checking out the CVS tree from subversions. Can 
somebody help me ? 

        The facts:

        - I have swap machines. Now I have a new one, I did a ssh-keygen and 
copied the public key into savannah. Deleted the old one. 
        
        - I got this message whenever I try to update my CVS tree:

>subversions.gnu.org: Connection refused
>cvs [update aborted]: end of file from server (consult above 
messages if any)


        Please make me suggestions, I am stuck with the translations work.
