Just adding some HLA references regarding Modular FOM
to say that when we support modular FOM in CERTI
this could be easier to load "standard FOM" along side with extended one.

"Björn Möller, Björn Löfstrand. Use Cases for the HLA Evolved Modular
FOMs, Proceedings of 2007 Euro Simulation Interoperability Workshop,
07E-SIW-040, Simulation Interoperability Standards Organization, June
2007"
http://www.pitch.se/images//07e-siw-040.pdf

This is part of the forthcoming HLA Evolved standard:
"Björn Möller, Björn Löfstrand, Mikael Karlsson. An Overview of the
HLA Evolved Modular FOMs, Proceedings of 2007 Spring Simulation
Interoperability Workshop, 07S-SIW-108, Simulation Interoperability
Standards Organization, March 2007"

CERTI is **far** from supporting HLA Evolved, nevertheless
we should add incremental support to the parts of standard which are of interest
for us AND our users.
