I have provided a hook now so that any MIDI messages not handled by the
ChordEntry filter go via DenemoPutMidi (which defaults to d-PutMidi).

So now you can simply define DenemoPutMidi to be your own processing
routine if there is already a MIDI filter active. Ask me if its not
obvious...
