[Dotgnu-pnet] Switching to git

Hi,

I just discovered that it is possible to have more than one git
repository on savannah. So the conversion should be easy.

The layout would be:

/src/git/dotgnu-pnet.git   -- This is the master repository for the
submodules
/src/git/dotgnu-pnet/cscctest.git
/src/git/dotgnu-pnet/libCrayons.git
/src/git/dotgnu-pnet/libjit.git
/src/git/dotgnu-pnet/ml-pnet.git
/src/git/dotgnu-pnet/pnet.git
/src/git/dotgnu-pnet/pnetC.git
/src/git/dotgnu-pnet/pnetlib.git
/src/git/dotgnu-pnet/treecc.git

Any suggestions?
