It looks to me like PlannerMode does quite a bit more than pyGTD -
i.e. note taking using Remember, hyperlinking of files, emails,
contacts, etc.

GTD, subtasks are not really necessary, but your opinion may vary.
PlannerMode is also less regimented in its Todo list, so it would
require some discipline on your part to keep your todo list clean.

This is all part of Muse.  Planner is not ported to muse yet, but I
suspect that is in the works.  So, if WikiWords really drive you nuts,
you'll have to wait.

Depends on if you want the extra features.

Planner mode is a superset of EmacsWikiMode.  It looks like you could
easily build something around EmacsWikiMode (or other wiki modes) and
GTDpy.  However, you may want to mess around with planner mode just
for fun.
