This type of error is possibly related to the JPEG library, which uses setjmp and longjmp in an unusual way, plus it's incompatible definition of boolean. It's hard to figure out when or why it causes problems though.
I use older "msys" packages (the one with gcc 3.x) and keep SVN reasonably tracked for core though. Both Gorm and PC do run for me and I can open a gorm file. But I guess that if I try to make a a pakcage it wil get build agaisnt some old MSYS DLLs and not of much use.
Perhaps the PC supplied file is corrupt. Krishna, does Gorm even startup by itself? Just run "Gorm" in the console. If it works, then perhaps the PC supplied file is corrupt.Would you mind opening GOrm and creating a new interface from it, and saving it and then reopening it in gorm itself? Delete and replace the one in your project.
