The links were all outdated, it was released without the actual work of 
updating the webpages, Wiki, etc.
You could have looked here:

or:
http://www.gnustep.org/resources/sources.html
and selecting "view package list" from your preferred mirror.


I will fix that. You can get released stuff also directly from our FTP site.
