Thanks.  We have gone a step forward.

Eglot does various sorts of actions.  People have posted lists of them.
Which of them does it support for C/C++?

Now let's compare it with Semantic.  Which of those actions does
Semantic support for those languages?  Does Semantic support any other
actions, for those languages?

Now suppose a user enables Eglot and Semantic -- so that for certain
actions they are both available.  How does Emacs decide which one to use,
for jobs they can both do?
