The wiki theme is set to work on 800x600 (and has been tested with 800x600, and 1024,x768 through to 1450x840 or so (widescreen)). No one ever uses less then 800x600 (pre <'98). If the problem you are referring to happens below 800x600, I see no point why I should go to so much work to fix it.

If the problem however is to do with higher resolutions, I will need a screenshot.

Make your browser window narrower (so that it is only 1/2 as wide)
Load the Wishlist page.

(If needed try ALT+SHIFT+R  and reload the page afterwards).
