Hello,

1. Rewrite devtools/update_translations.sh
2. Test
3. Fix the docs
4. Notify people on Transifex.

I'm still working on the task, though I had some personal issues stopping 
me last two weeks. I'll keep on working on that sometimes today and 
tomorrow.
