Yes; in fact, megiagoblin.ru.po is a symbolic link to mediagoblin.po.
Pootle doesn't recognize the .../<lang>/LC_MESSAGES/<package>.po
convention, so I added the links manually on the server.

It would be great for Pootle admins: they wouldn't have to add links
for new languages.

Push the PO to MediaGoblin GIT master; with current naming convention,
ask Pootle admins; with <lang>/LC_MESSAGES/mediagoblin.<lang>.po, either
ask the admins or add the language to the project in Pootle, then

[mediagoblin https://chapters.gnu.org/projects/mediagoblin/] ->
[Tigrinya https://chapters.gnu.org/ti/mediagoblin/] ->
