Last comment for now, I really have to get work done ... :-)

7.1.0 works OK, so I suppose 6.1.90 works as well. If you insist I'll give it
a try later on.

AFAICS, no. It was all done w/o the 'workaround' mentioned in comment #2, even
w/o the script that adds the pertinent network subdirs to the path.

>From which location, local drive (= outside path) or network subdir (in the
path)? and what do you mean exactly with 'full path' and which part might have
been 'eaten'?
