As we have not got reply to this email, I think we are allowed at least
to take a look at the  gnu.org's HTML and CSS code,  and use such well
known technological ideas, for example the use of '%' instead of
absolute values:

   *-size    n%


Maybe we should have added RMS in the "To" instead of "CC". But we
know he is very very busy.
