Two problems I've run into with CVS as 3/11/05.
If you try and grab the body of a header that shows in the header list
but no longer exists on the server.. the icon does not change from green
to the red X as it used to.
Also....
I ran into this problem when downloading all headers for
alt.binaries.multimedia. The process ran until it hit about 66% of the
way through.. and coughed with this error..

The program status bar had 1 connection open with 0.0kb and the blue
progress bar was stuck. Opening task manager showed the process of
getting the overviews running @66%. I tried clicking the X to stop
the process but that did nothing. When I clicked the trashcan, Pan
froze for about two minutes and then trashed the process. My guess is
the freeze was it trying to write the overview of what it had already
gathered as about a second after the freeze the header pane updated
with what was indexed to that point.
Mandrake 10.1 Athlon 2400 2gigs of ram.
