Yep, Marcus sent out a message a little while ago that Qwest DSL line
that serves up www.swarm.org and mail.swarm.org was down. No ETA from
Qwest on how long it will be, was what Marcus reported. Unfortunately
this is the sorry state of consumer broadband in the States at
present. They promise a lot to get customer's, but don't
deliver... :-(
