bash.exe is a program that lives in the swarm bin directory. It
appears to me that your bin directory is not in your path. Often
the .bashrc file will customize the PATH for you. The syntax is
the unix style. Honestly, on my windows systems, I still follow
the old fashioned practice of editing the PATH variable in
autoexec.bat to make sure the swarm\bin is in there.
I wonder if your install of the Swarm package was completed
successfully, because it will usually take care of this for you,
and after a restart everything will be fine.
