The new DLLs were built using the Swarm 2.2 pretest 2 environment.
That Swarm environment is based on the current Cygwin environment which
provides DLLs like cygpng2.dll. In other words, the updated Swarm DLLs
can't be used with Swarm 2.1.1. To use the new environment, it is necessary
to uninstall Swarm 2.1.1, install the latest Cygwin, then unpack
the Swarm 2.2 pretest, and then updated the DLLs.
(Swarm 2.1.1 included Cygwin, because at the time of the release of 2.1.1,
Cygwin was more difficult to install than it is now.)
