You'll need a path like X:\Swarm-2.1.1\bin in the PATH. First find
where Swarm is installed and then add its "bin" directory to the
system PATH. If you are using "javaswarm" to run the model, it isn't
necessary to modify the PATH because that script does it; however, JBuilder
won't otherwise be able to find the Swarm DLL.
