I think that the Aqua Tcltk must wait. It could be better to try
the XFree86 version of tcltk provided by the Fink package
manager ( http://fink.sourceforge.net ) that compiles out of the box.
I' ve tried a snapshot of tcltk for Aqua, and it was very
strange; one has to click an icon in order to run tcl apps, and
"wish" is called Wish Shell and it is in /Applications
and not in /usr/local/bin. So, the configure-script won't find wish
and other things.
In relation to Java the situation is better. The Path is
/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.3/Home
where you can find the directories: /bin and /lib, nevertheless
/include is missing, so you will have to make a link in Home
.
ln -s
/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/A/Headers
include.
I would also try to compile swarm in my computer, but I
haven't receive the OSX.1 upgrade yet , and gcc doesn't
compile.
good look
